I started this company after receiving terrible service when my own vehicle broke down. From start to finish the experience was one I’d rather not repeat. The tow truck operator was unbelievably unhelpful, my car was damaged, things went missing and I got charged a small fortune for the privilege. I also had to make my own transport arrangements to get home from where I was broken down. Towing has a bad reputation in South Africa, brought on by consistently poor service delivery, bad attitudes of operators and unrivalled costs. Executive Rollback Services would like to change that. Through ERS we want to provide a professional, stress free service to alleviate the distress caused by breakdowns and accidents. In this vein I have joined forces with my close friend Louie de Sousa, who has been in the in the automotive industry since 1999. Just like me, Louie has also had some towing experiences he’d like to forget and is fully invested in helping me change the reputation of the towing industry.
